2026 DESIGNATION
Class I Properly Managing School
Notification dated 16 October 2026
The Fukuoka Regional Immigration Services Bureau has notified AIWA Language Institute of its selection as a Class I Properly Managing School (適正校・クラスⅠ).
The designation concerns the appropriate management of international student enrollment and residency records.
When the selection applies
The notice applies this selection to Certificate of Eligibility examinations for students planning to enter from April 2027, and to applications for change of status or extension of stay from January 2027.

長期課程は在留資格「留学」を取得する学生を対象とし、4月・7月・10月に入学時期があります。
出願資格
- 12年以上の学校教育を修了、または修了見込みであること。
- JLPT N5相当以上の日本語力があること。
- 学費と生活費を支払う能力があること。
- 日本の法令、入管規則、学校規則を守る意思があること。
出願時期
通常、各入学時期のおよそ1年前から受付を開始し、入学の約6か月前または定員に達した時点で締め切ります。
学生本人の必要書類
- パスポートの写し、写真、履歴書
- 入学願書、志望理由書
- 卒業証明書、成績証明書
- 日本語学習歴または日本語力を証明する書類
経費支弁者の必要書類
- 申請者との関係を証明する書類
- 経費支弁書
- 在職・納税・収入に関する証明書
- 預金残高証明書と関連資料
必要な資格外活動許可を得た場合、授業期間中は原則週28時間以内、学校が定める長期休暇中は1日8時間以内の就労が可能です。学業を最優先してください。
